Career Summary

2018 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed in the pole vault at the NACC Indoor, clearing 2.45 meters…OUTDOOR: Competed in the pole vault…Finished fifth at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5) by clearing 3.90 meters, a mark that ranks tied for ninth on the Falcons all-time list.  

2017 Season (Sophomore): INDOOR: Competed in the 200 and 400-meter dashes, as well as the long jump and shot put...Posted personal-best marks of 4.55 meters (long jump) and 7.17 meters (shot put)...Ran season-best times of 29.44 (200) and 1:08.96 (400)...OUTDOOR: Competed primarily in the heptathlon...Set a school-record with 3,299 points in the heptathlon at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6), finishing fourth in the event...Ran PRs in the 200 (28.58), 800 (2:43.40), and 100 hurdles (18.52)...The 800 time was the fastest of heptathlon runners at the NACC Championships...Added PRs in the high jump (1.35), long jump (4.64), shot put (7.60) and javelin (25.76).

2016 Season (Freshman): INDOOR: Competed at five meets...Competed in the 60, 200 and 400-meter dashes...Ran the 400 in 1:06.44 at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27)...Posted a time of 29.35 in the 200 at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 29)...OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets...Competed in the 200 and 400...Ran the 200 in a PR time of 28.82 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 22)...Posted a PR of 1:05.30 in the 400 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)...Was seventh in the 400 and eighth in the 200 at the St. Norbert Invite (April 30).
