Career Summary

2018 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the 800, 1,000, mile, 3,000, and 5,000-meter runs…Earned four top-four finishes at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 25) going second in the mile, third in the 5,000, and fourth in both the 800 and 3,000…Won the 1,000-meter run at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 26-27)…Won the 3,000-meter run at both the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird (December 2) and the Private College Invite (January 13)…OUTDOOR: Competed in the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs, and the 3,000-meter steeplechase…Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase and added a second-place finish in the 5,000 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5)…Ran in the Invite-Only Drake Invitational in the 10,000…Won the 10,000 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (April 7).        

2017 Season (Junior): INDOOR: NACC Indoor Championships Track Athlete of the Meet...Competed in the 600, 800, 3,000, and 5,000-meter runs, as well as the mile...Scored 22 points at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 25), winning the 3,000, placing second in the 5,000, and fifth in the mile...Ran personal-best times of 1:43.92 (600) and 18:04.85 (5,000)...Won the mile at the Carthage Final Qualifier (March 3)...Posted season-best times of 2:25.75 (800), 5:16.97 (mile), and 10:37.94 (3,000)...OUTDOOR: Named the Track Athlete of the Meet at the NACC Championships (May 5-6)...Competed in the 800, 1,500, and 5,000-meter runs, along with the 400-meter hurdles and 3,000-meter steeplechase...Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NACC Championships...Added third-place finishes in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs at the NACC meet and fourth in the 5,000...Posted a PR time of 11:20.74 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the North Central Final Qualifier (May 18)...Won the 3,000 steeplechase at the Private College Championships (April 8).

2016 Season (Sophomore): INDOOR: Competed in six meets...Competed in the 800, mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...Ran in all four of those events at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27) and placed second in the 5,000, third in both the 800 and 3,000 and eighth in the mile...Set a PR of 5:14.93 in the mile at the UW-Platteville Invitational (February 13), finishing third...Was on the school-record DMR team at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 29), helping team complete race in 12:34.67...Placed second in the 3,000 at the UW-Stout Open (January 23), running the race in a PR time of 10:24.85...Was on the winning DMR team at the Private College Invite (January 15-16)...OUTDOOR: Competed at six meets...Competed in the 800, 1,500, 3,000, 5,000 and 3,000-meter steeplechase...Won the NACC Track Athlete of the Meet Award at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)...Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placed second in the 5,000, third in the 1,500 and fourth in the 800...Ran the 800 in 2:20.14 in the prelims, good for a PR...Posted a 4:52.75 in the 1,500 at the NACC Championships, also a PR...Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the St. Norbert Invite (April 30), posting a PR time of 11:39.02...Ran the 5,000 in a PR time of 18:08.32 at the Benedictine Relays (April 15-16), winning the event in the process...Won the 1,500 at the Private College Championships (April 9), while adding a sixth-place finish in the 800...Was on the school-record 4x800-meter team at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 22), helping team run race in 9:55.21.

2015 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 800, 1,500, mile and 5,000-meter runs, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Was on the third-place distance medley relay team at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28), helping team finish race in 13:28.34...Ran a PR time of 2:32.71 in the 800 at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20), finishing in ninth place...Ran the mile in a PR time of 5:56.26 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Feb. 14), good for a sixth-place finish...OUTDOOR: Ran a season-best time of 21:34.61 in the 5,000 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 25)...Posted a top time of 5:39.05 in the 1,500 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 17).

High School (Whitnall): High Honor Roll student all four years...First Team All-Academic selection in soccer season year...Lettered in cross country and soccer...Second Team All-Conference in cross country senior season.
