Career Summary

2017 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the 800-meter run and the mile...Ran season-best times of 2:32.43 (800) and 5:36.45 (mile)...Placed second in the mile at the Grinnell College Invite (February 4)...OUTDOOR: Competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs...Finished fourth in the 800 at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 29) and was also on the second-place 4X400-meter relay team...Ran a season-best 5:05.08 in the 1,500 at the Emory Invitational (March 17-18).

2016 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed at five meets...Competed in the 800-meter run and the mile...Finished fifth in the mile at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 20), running a 5:39.14...Was second in the mile at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 29)...Was on the third-place DMR team at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27)...OUTDOOR: Competed at five meets...Ran the 800-meter run and the 1,500-meter run...Posted a PR of 2:24.44 in the 800 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 22)...Was sixth in the 800 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7) and ninth in the 1,500, running the 1,500 in a PR time of 5:01.70...Was on the third-place 4x800 team at the Benedictine Relays (April 15-16) and the second-place team at Augustana.

2015 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 1,500-meter run and the 4X800-meter relay during the outdoor season...OUTDOOR: Ran a season-best time of 5:25.23 in the 1,500 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 17)...Was on the fifth-place finishing 4X800 meter relay team at the Augustana meet of Champions.

2014 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 800-meter, 1,500 meter, mile and 5,000-meter runs as well as the 4X400-meter relay...INDOOR: Competed at six meets...Ran the mile three times, including a PR of 5:35.58 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1), good for a fourth-place finish...Also placed sixth in the 800-meter run and was on the second-place finishing 4X400-meter relay team at the Indoor Championships...The 4X400-meter relay team set a new indoor school record with a time of 4:14.1...Placed second in the 800-meter run with an indoor-season best time of 2:29.40 at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune-Up (Feb. 22)...OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets...Was member of school's 4X400-meter relay record setting team at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3)...Teamed with Kristin Sitte, Jessica Hennig and Emily Mauermann for the school record time of 4:09.13...Placed fifth in the 800-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:29.31.
