2015 Season (Senior): Competed in the 1,500, mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...INDOOR: Placed fifth in the 5,000 a at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 7), running a 20:42.46...Ran the mile in 5:57.21 at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan. 30)...Finished ninth in the 3,000-meter run at the Wisconsin Private College Invite (Jan. 17)...OUTDOOR: Ran the 1,500 in 5:36.12 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2).

2014 Season (Junior): Competed in the 1,500-meter run, the mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Competed at four meets...Place ninth in the 5,000-meter run at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1) with a time of 20:48.69...Earned a fifth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the Keck Invitational (Feb. 8), finishing the race in 21:10.75...Ran a season-best 6:01.07 mile at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune-Up (Feb. 22)...OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets...Ran a PR in the 1,500-meter run at the Beloit Relays (Apr. 25-26) with a time of 5:23.37...Helped 4X800-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at the Beloit Relays...Competed in the 5,000-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3), running a 21:25.36.

2013 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 1,500-meter, one mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs...INDOOR: Placed third in the mile at the Wisconsin Red & White Open (Feb. 15) with a personal-best time of 5:49.52...Had personal-best times in the 3,000-meter run (11:59.47) at the Carthage Tadd Metzger (Invitational) and in the 5,000-meter run (20:03.56) at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23), placing ninth in the latter...OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1,500-meter run twice, running a personal-best 5:28.83 at the Rex Foster Invitational (Apr. 5).

High School (Rockford Lutheran): Graduated Magna Cum Laude...Helped the cross country team earn two top-15 finishes at the state meet...Earned varsity letters in cross country and softball.
