2015 Season (Junior): Competed in the 400-meter dash, the 800, mile and 3,000-meter runs, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Placed third in the 800 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28) after running a PR time of 2:27.48...Was also on the third-place distance medley relay team at the NACC Championships, helping run a 13:28.34...Posted a PR time of 5:39.46 in the mile at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan. 30)...Added a PR of 11:15.16 in the 3,000-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Feb. 14), finishing in seventh...Finished seventh in the 800 at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...OUTDOOR: Placed eighth in the 800 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Feb. 25), running a 2:33.65.

2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Competed at six meets...Ran an indoor-best time of 2:36.47 in the 800-meter dash at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1)...Helped distance medley relay to third-place finish at the NACC Championships...Was a member of the third-place finishing 4X400-meter relay team at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune-Up (Feb. 22)...OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets...Ran a personal-best 2:36.10 in the 800-meter run at the Beloit Relays (Apr. 25-26), good for an eighth-place finish...Helped 4X800-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at the Beloit Relays...Placed 12th in the 800-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 600-meter, 800-meter and 1,500-meter runs as well as various relays...INDOOR: In only 600-meter race of season ran a 1:55.07 at the UW-Parkside Classic (Feb. 2)...Crossed the finish line in a personal-best time of 2:38.80 in the 800-meter run at the Carthage Tadd Metzger Invitational (Jan. 25), good for a seventh place finish...OUTDOOR: Ran first 1,500-meter in a personal-best 5:44.68 at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Apr. 13)...Began outdoor season with a 2:44.91 in the 800-meter run at the Rex Foster Invitational (Apr. 5).

High School (Lutheran Westland): An Honor Roll student-athlete...Named All-Michigan Independent Athletic Conference First Team in cross country and track & field...Earned varsity letters in cross country and track & field.
