2015 Season (Senior): Competed in the 55, 100, and 200-meter dashes, the discus and weight throw, as well as relays...INDOOR: Ran the 55-meter dash in 8.88 seconds at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28)...Posted a PR of 12.33 meters in the weight throw at the NACC Championships, good for a seventh-place finish...Tossed 12.17 meters in the weight throw at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...OUTDOOR: Recorded a PR in the discus throw at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), tossing 30.77 meters and finishing in eighth-place...Ran the 100 in a PR time of 15.53 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 17)...Had a season-best throw of 32.11 meters in the hammer throw at the NACC Championships.

2014 Season (Junior): Competed in the shot put, discus throw, hammer throw and weight throw...INDOOR: Competed at four meets in the shot put and weight throw...Placed seventh in the weight throw at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1) with a PR toss of 12.09 meters... Best shot put distance of the indoor season also came at the NACC Championships with a toss of 9.73 meters (14th place)...Had two top-five finishes at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune-Up (Feb. 22), finishing second in the weight throw (11.78 meters) and fifth in the shot put (9.61 meters)...OUTDOOR: Competed in the shot put, discus and hammer throws at five meets...Set PRs in the shot put and discus throw at the Beloit Relays (Apr. 25-26) with tosses of 9.81 and 29.90 meters, respectively...Finished in the top eight in both of those events at the Beloit Relays...Set a new PR in the hammer throw and finished ninth with a toss of 33.94 meters at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).

2013 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the discus throw, hammer throw, shot put and weight throw...INDOOR: Threw a personal-best 10.97 meters in the weight throw at the Wisconsin Red & White Open (Feb. 15)...Also had an indoor season best shot put of 9.42 meters at the Wisconsin Red & White Open...OUTDOOR: Had a career day at the Cedarville Collegiate All-Corners Meet (Apr. 20) with career bests in the discus (29.44) and hammer throws (30.70)...Posted a personal-best 9.48 meters in the shot put at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 27)...Improved best shot put distance by nearly two meters (7.61 to 9.48) from freshman to sophomore season.
