2012-13 Season (Sophomore): Qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships at 125 lbs...Earned the No. 5 seed at the NCAA Championships...Placed first at the NCAA Division III West Regional (Mar. 2) by posting a 4-0 record...Defeated Will McCarthy (Concordia University Moorhead) in the regional finals match with a 3-2 decision victory...Pinned Alec Noa (Lakeland College) in first match at regionals...Won the Northern Wrestling Associatoin Tournament (Feb. 23) by defeating Luke Gaeth (MSOE)...Won 19 straight matches (Jan. 12-Mar. 2)...Earned four victories by fall and five by tech. fall...Earned a first place finish at the MSOE Invitational (Dec. 1) defeating Daniel Page (Central College) by a 3-2 decision in the finals...Won the North Central Colleege Invitational (Dec. 8) earning a 6-5 decision win over Jake Scholten (Augustana College) in the championship...Placed first at the Pete Wilson Wheaton Invitational (Feb. 1-2) with a 15-0 tech. fall win over Brandon Preston (Trine University) in the finals.

2011-12 Season (Freshman): Qualified for the NCAA III National Championships at 125 lbs....Came within one match of earning All-American status, going 3-2 at the Championships...At the NCAA’s he defeated Robert Binglingmaier (Olivet College), Tyler Marlow (Brockport State University of New York), and Daniel Mendoza (Luther College)...Finished season 35-18...Placed 4th at NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional...Earned one of two ‘At-Large’ bids to qualify to Nationals...Won 125 lb. title at Northern Wrestling Association Meet in February...Voted Most Valuable and Most Improved Wrestler at CUW in 2011-12...First time in CUW wrestilng history a wrestler was voted for both awards...Finished with 76 takedowns and eight pins.
