2017 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the mile and 3,000-meter run...Ran a PR time of 4:34.38 in the mile at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 18)...Ran season-best 9:14.87 in the 3,000 at the Grinnell Invite (February 4)...OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1,500-meter run and the 3,000-meter steeplechase...Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 29)...Ran a PR time of 4:12.49 in the 1,500-meter run at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 21).

2016 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed at five meets...Competed in the mile and 3,000-meter run...Ran a PR time of 4:36.43 in the mile at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 20), finishing in fifth place...Was ninth in the mile at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27)...Placed fourth in the mile at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 29) and third in the 3,000 at the UW-Stout Open (January 23) by posting a 9:22.71...OUTDOOR: Competed at six meets...Competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs and the 3,000-meter steeplechase...Was on the school-record 4x800-meter relay team at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 23), helping team run an 8:10.43...Was also on the school-record DMR team at the Benedictine Relays (April 15-16), helping team clock in at 11:08.25...Was seventh in the 3,000 steeplechase at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7) with a time of 10:16.43, over a minute better than his first attempt in the event...Was fifth in the 1,500-meter run at the St. Norbert Invite (April 30) by posting a PR time of 4:13.46.

2015 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 1,500, mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...INDOOR: Ran a PR time of 4:38.25 in the mile at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...Placed seventh in the 3,000-meter run at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28) with a PR time of 9:12.12...Posted a PR in the 5,000-meter run at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 7), running the race in 16:41.76...Placed seventh in the 3,000 at the Wisconsin Private College Invite (Jan. 17), posting a time of 9:41.02...OUTDOOR: Ran a PR time of 4:31.40 in the 1,500 at the Rex Foster Invitational (Apr. 3).

2014 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 800-meter, mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs during the indoor season...INDOOR: Competed at six meets...Ran a season-best 9:54.39 in the 3,000-meter run at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1)...Began season by running the mile in 5:29.12 at the Private College Invitational (Jan. 17-18)...Posted a 2:13.66 in the 800-meter run at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune-Up (Feb. 22).
