2017 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the 55, 200 and 400-meter dashes, as well as the 55 and 60-meter hurdles...Ran personal-bests of 6.69 (55), 23.15 (200), 50.91 (400), and 7.75 (55 hurdles)...Ran season-best 8.45 in 60 hurdles...Was on winning 4X400-meter relay team at NACC Indoor Championships (February 25)...Was also on winning 4X400-meter team at Private College Invite (January 14), while also winning 55 hurdles at event...Also a member of winning 4X200-meter team at Grinnell College Invite (February 4)...OUTDOOR: Competed in the 200-meter dash, along with the 110 and 400-meter hurdles...Ran the 25th fastest time nationally in the 400-meter hurdles with a 53.74 at the Dr. Keeler Invite (May 11)...Won the 400-meter hurdles at the NACC Championships (May 5-6)...Placed second in the 110 hurdles at the NACC Championships, along with being on the second-place 4X400 and third-place 4X100 relay teams...Won the 110 and 400 hurdles at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 29).

2016 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed in six meets...Competed in the 55 and 60-meter hurdles and the 200-meter dash...Placed fourth in the 55-meter hurdles at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27)...Ran a season-best 7.81 in the prelims at the NACC Indoor Championships... Was second in the 60-meter hurdles at the UW-Platteville Invitational (February 13) and second in the 55-meter hurdles at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 29)...Won the 55-meter hurdles at the Carthage Final Qualifier (March 4) with a time of 7.87...OUTDOOR: Competed at six meets...Competed in the 100 and 200-meter dashes, as well as the 110 and 400-meter hurdles...Was second in both the 110-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)...Ran season-best times in the prelims in both events at the NACC Championships, posting a 14.72 and a 54.83...Placed third in the 110 hurdles at the NCC Gregory Final Qualifier (May 18-19)...Was also on the second-place 4x100-meter relay team at the NACC Championships and the third-place 4x400-meter relay team...Won the 110-meter hurdles at the St. Norbert Invite (April 30) and was third in the 200-meter dash, running a season-best 23.44...Opened outdoor season with a third-place finish in the 110 hurdles and a fourth-place finish in the 400 hurdles at the Private College Championships (April 9).

2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes, the 800-meter run, the 55-meter, 60-meter, 110-meter and 400-meter hurdles, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Competed at six meets...Placed third in the 55-meter hurdles at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Jan. 31) with a personal-best time of 8.20...Helped 4X400-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1)...Ran a PR in the 60-meter hurdles (8.90) and finished in eighth place at the Keck Invitational (Feb. 8)...OUTDOOR: Placed first in both the 110-meter (15.24) and 400-meter (56.77) hurdles at the Beloit Relays (Apr. 25-26)...Also was a part of the winning 4X200-meter relay team at the Beloit Relays...Posted a PR in both the 110-meter (15.13) and 400-meter (55.32) hurdles and finished second in each event at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3)...Helped 4X400-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at the NACC Championships...Won the 110-meter hurdles and placed second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Apr. 5)...Placed second in 110-meter hurdles and was a member of the winning 4X400-meter dash team at the Carroll University Invitational (Apr. 5)...Earned an eighth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (56.26) at the Washington University Invite (Mar. 28-29).

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 110-meter and 400-meter hurdles as well as various relays during the outdoor season...OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best 58.02 in the prelims of the 400-meter hurdles at the Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)...Finished second in the 110-meter hurdles at the NAC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best time of 15.51...Finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles with a finals time of 59.15 at the NAC meet...Won the 110-meter hurdles at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 27) with a time of 15.57.
