Career Summary

2016 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the 800, mile and the distance medley relay...Was on the fifth-place finishing DMR team at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27)...Ran a 2:13.23 at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Jan. 29)...Season-best time in the mile was a 4:53.10 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Feb. 13)…OUTDOOR: Competed at five meets…Competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs…Ran a 4:29.77 in the 1,500 at the St. Norbert Invite (April 30)…Clocked in at 2:10.93 in the 800 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 23)…Was on third place 4x800-meter team at Augustana.      

2015 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 800, 1,000, 1,500 and mile runs, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Ran the mile in a season-best 4:51.56 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28)...Posted a time of 2:55.46 in only 1,000-meter run of season at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan. 30)...Took part in the 4X400-meter relay at two different meets...OUTDOOR: Ran a season-best 2:10.09 in the 800-meter run at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 25)...Posted a season-best 4:24.37 in the 1,500 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), good for a 10th-place finish.

High School (Big Foot): Lettered three times in track & field...Was teams' most improved runner senior year...Qualified for the sectional meet three straight years in the 4X800-meter relay...Also lettered twice in cross country and once in basketball.
