2016 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the mile, 3000 and 5000-meter runs...Ran a PR time of 9:10.04 in the 3000 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (Feb. 20)...Ran a PR in the 5000 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27), crossing the finish line in 16:27.92 and finishing 10th...Posted a PR in the mile, running a 4:38.23 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Feb. 13)...Finished fourth in the mile at the UW-Stout Open (Jan. 23) and fifth at the Private College Invite (Jan. 15-16)...OUTDOOR: Competed at five meets...Competed in the 800, 1,500 and 3,000-meter runs...Ran a 2:05.10 in the 800 at the Private College Championships (April 9)...Was a member of the school-record setting 4x800-meter relay team at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 23), running an 8:10.43...Also was on the school-record DMR relay team at the Benedictine Relays (April 15-16), helping team run an 11:08.25...Posted PR in the 1,500 at the Meet of Champions, clocking in at 4:15.19...Posted a time of 4:19.46 in the 1,500 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7).

2015 Season (Junior): Competed in the 1,500, mile and 3,000-meter runs...INDOOR: Ran a PR time of 4:38.87 in the mile at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...Placed sixth in the mile run at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28) with a time of 4:41.93...Posted a PR of 9:33.72 in the 3,000-meter run at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 7)...OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best time of 4:16.79 in the 1,500 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), good for an eighth-place finish...Posted a time of 4:19.37 in the 1,500 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 18).

2014 Season (Sophomore): Did not compete in any meets.

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 1,500-meter, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs as well as the distance medley relay...INDOOR: Ran the 3,000-meter run in 9:36.74 at the UW-Parkside Classic (Feb. 2)...OUTDOOR: Placed sixth in the 5,000-meter run at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 27) with a time of 17:55.17...Placed 10th at the Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor Championships (May 3-4) in the 1,500-meter run, crossing the finish line in 4:25.94.

High School (Mundelein): Named All-North Suburban Conference and all country in cross country...Earned varsity letters in cross country and track & field.
