Bio

Thomas Dyball is in his first season with the Concordia Wisconsin men's hockey program.

Dyball will serve as an assistant coach/video coach. He is excited to begin his chapter after retiring from his playing career and jumping right into coaching. The Falcons are very excited to have hime on board as he puts the final pieces in place for a whole staff, unlike any other D3 hockey program. Dyball is tasked with LiveCoding during games, breaking down game film and pre-scouting of opponents. He is also an integral part of the decision-making process for building a good culture, lineup decisions and implementing team systems.

Dyball begins his coaching career as an alumnus of Concordia Wisconsin. He played for four seasons on the NCAA team and also one on the ACHA. Dyball was a former Captain and knew what it feels like to be seated in a stall in that locker room. The Nebraska Native came to Concordia following his Junior Hockey playing career with the Soo Eagles in the NOJHL.
