St. Scholastica shuts out Women's Tennis
MILWAUKEE -- Competing in the first of two spring duals, Concordia University Wisconsin's women's tennis team fell to the College of St. Scholastica, 9-0, in a non-conference dual at the Paley Tennis Center Friday evening.
CUW's new women's tennis head coach Steve Anschuetz, will lead the 2011 Northern Athletics Conference co-champions next on Mar. 30 against St. Norbert College.
Only junior Julie Spransy (Brown Deer, Wis.) at No. 2 singles was able to extend a match to three sets for CUW.
