Women's Lacrosse places seven on MWLC All-Academic Team

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin had four student-athletes from the Women's Lacrosse program earn Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference All-Academic Team honors, the league office announced.

The MWLC All-Academic Team is selected at the conclusion of each academic year. The honor is given to student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. To be named to the all-academic team, student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 and must have lettered during the previous season.

Honorees from CUW were junior Shannon Carroll (Mundelein, Illinois), junior Kelsey Fulton (Sussex, Wisconsin), freshman Callie Neumann (Dousman, Wisconsin), senior Lauren Paquin (Waukesha, Wis.), junior Jenny Quinn (Elmhurst, Illinois), senior Ashley Solberg (Waukesha, Wis.), senior Ellie Woodman (Janesville, Wis.).

The Falcons finished the 2019 campaign with a 9-8 overall record and finished fifth in the MWLC regular season with a 9-4 mark. They put together a six-game home MWLC winning streak in the middle of the season.
