McPike nets MWLC Offensive Player of the Week honors
MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin's Megan McPike has been named Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monda.
McPike (Mequon, Wis.) had 11 goals and four assists during a pair of MWLC victories. The rookie attacker had eight points (six goals, two assists), eight ground balls and five draw controls during a home win over Loras. She then registered seven points (five goals, two assists), six ground balls and five draw controls in a victory against Marian.
The conference weekly honor is the first of her career.
