Althoff named to All-NACC First Team

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin's James Althoff was named to the All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference First Team after leading the Men's Volleyball program to their first appearance in the NACC Tournament.

The rookie paced the Falcons in kills (229) and digs (164), while also ranking second in hitting percentage (.234) and service aces (24) on the roster. He had five double-doubles during the season, including an impressive outing at Illinois Tech on March 1 where he finished with 23 kills, hit .250, dug 12 attack attempts and recorded six blocks (one solo).

The Kenosha, Wisconsin native played in 19 matches and led the Falcons in kills during 16 of those contests. He hit over .300 six times, including a season-best .522 in the season finale with 12 kills and no errors on 23 attempts in an opening round NACC Tournament match at Aurora.

Concordia Wisconsin concluded the season with a 9-14 overall record and a 5-11 record in NACC play.
