Men's Soccer stopped by Aurora in NACC play

MEQUON, Wis. – Aurora scored in the final minutes of the first half, marking the only goal of the match as the Concordia University Wisconsin Men's Soccer team was shut out, 1-0, Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Henry Zehnal of Aurora provided the offense Saturday, scoring off a cross from Jacob Lysik. Lysik sprinted up the right side of the pitch and found Zehnal with 3:34 left in the first half for the only goal of the contest.

- Falcons keeper Nate Yeager (Rio Rancho, N.M.) had a strong contest, making eight saves to keep CUW in it throughout. Six of the eight saves came in the second half.

- Edward St. Martin finished the match with five saves for the Spartans in his shutout. Aurora ended the match with a 21-13 edge in shots, including a 9-5 advantage in shots on goal.

- Zach Gyuricza (Palatine, Ill.) led the Falcons with four shots while Dagoberto Diaz (Woodburn, Ore.) was the only CUW player with multiple shots on goal (2).
