Knipstein joins Field Hockey staff
MEQUON, Wis. – Catherine Knipstein was added to the CUW field hockey coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach.
A native of Edmund, Oklahoma, Knipstein brings years of experience to the staff.
A graduate of Casady School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she played for two years.
Knipstein played field hockey for three seasons at Sewanee and served as a team captain for the 2001 season.
She earned a Regional All-American honor in 2001 and tied the school record for shutouts in a season.
Knipstein has volunteered as a coach in Virginia for middle school students and serves on the board of LIFT Field Hockey.
