ACHA Hockey rallies, falls short in overtime to Dakota at Bottineau in season finale
BOTTINEAU, N.D. – The Falcons fell in their final game of the season 5-4 in overtime to Dakota at Bottineau on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Falcons fell behind 3-0 through the first half of the game, but Mitchel Klopp (South Milwaukee, Wis.) put CUW on the board with a goal in the second half of the second period.
-Jonathon Grodzki (Tampa Bay, Fla.) followed with another Falcon goal later that period to send the game into the final frame at 3-2.
-The third period opened with a goal by the Jacks to go up 4-2.
-CUW answered with goals by Alec Murano (St. Peters, Mo.) and Benny Serres (Merton, Wis.) to send the game to overtime tied 4-4.
-The Jacks scored the game-winner in the extra frame.
