LaNea Bartel claims NACC weekly honors

MEQUON, Wis. - The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference announced its student-athletes of the week in cross country on Tuesday morning.

A junior from Kewaunee, Wisconsin, LaNea Bartel claimed the honor for her career-best performance at the CUW Ken Weidt Invitational.

Bartel claimed the honor for the first time in his career.

The CUW senior was the fastest runner in the NACC at the invite at 25:33.6. Her time was her fastest in her career.

Bartel and the Falcons return to action on Oct. 4 at the Blugold Invite at Wis-Eau Claire.
