WOMEN'S RACE NOTES
- On the women's side, the Falcons have posted at least a top-three finish at every NACC Championships. CUW has four NACC titles (2007, 2009-2011) and is expected to be a top contender once again this season.

- Aurora has captured four of the last five NACC Championships, the lone exception was Edgewood in 2015.

- The Falcons have an experienced team and have been led by senior Cassandra Sprotte this season. Sprotte captured All-NACC honors the last time the NACC Championships were hosted at CUW (2015) and will look to pace the Falcons Saturday. Sprotte enters with the third fastest 6K in the NACC.

- Senior Nora Imperl will look to become a four-time All-NACC runner Saturday. Imperl has posted All-NACC finishes (top 15 or better) each of her first three seasons. She has only run twice this season and posted a time of 23:52.6 in her only 6K of the year. That time ranks sixth among NACC runners this year.

- The Falcons have had some freshmen make an impact in the team's top five this year. Adrianna Lubner has figured into the top three of the Falcons all season, while Rileigh Dunning and Alden Goucher each figured into the mix in the team's last race.

MEN'S RACE NOTES
- The Falcons have finished fourth at the NACC Championships in each of the past five seasons. CUW has captured two NACC titles (2010, 2011) and also has three runner-up finishes (2006, 2007, 2009).

- CUW will only have six competing on Saturday – Nikolai Haak, Emanuel Huerta-Gutierrez, Zachary Hutchins, Craig Reese, Ryan Teigen, and Matthew Wilcox.

- Reese has been the top runner all season for the Falcons and is expected to pace the team once again Saturday. His top 8K time this season was a 26:51.7 at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invite. Reese has the 13th best 8K time in the NACC this season.

- Teigen has been the Falcons second runner this season and also posted a PR at the Eau Claire Meet. His time of 28:01.5 ranks 28th entering the weekend.
