HOW IT HAPPENED
- The senior class of Lauren Paquin (Waukesha, Wis.), Ellie Woodman (Janesville, Wis.), Kristen Kennedy (London, Ontario), Ashley Solberg (Waukesha, Wis.) and Shannon Carroll (Mundelein, Il.) all wore the Falcons uniform for the final time in their career on a beautiful sunny day.
- After falling behind 5-0, Kennedy and Paquin found the back of the net on successive goals before Paquin scored again with 2:41 before halftime. Hamline led 8-3 at the intermission and was too strong and depth proved to be a factor. The Pipers had 10 players score in the contest.

- In goal, freshman Kinsey Weyer (Stillwater, Minn.) made five saves in the first half before sophomore Mallory Gurin (Westfield, Ind.) played the second half and made four saves.
- Sydney Dynneson and Maya Hernandez each had a game-high four goals and Alycia Monserrate Novotny recorded two goals and four assists for Hamline.
