Women's Hockey has record-setting 2018-19

MEQUON, Wis. – Women's Hockey finished the 2018-19 season with a 12-12-3 record overall. In the conference the Falcons were 8-8-2, finishing fifth in the NCHA.

On January 11th, Steve Fabiilli became the all-time winningest head coach in program history. The Falcons defeated UW-Superior 2-1 in overtime to give Fabiilli his 50th win to overtake the previous record-holder Jim Ingman.

Christina Pattengale (Portage, Mich.) set the single-season program record with 640 saves in goal. The senior finished her career as the program leader in wins (27), saves (1,882), and shutouts (6).

Three athletes received All-NCHA awards for Concordia Wisconsin. Natasha Wanless (Madison, Wis.) and Emily Godwin (London, Ontario) each were named to the NCHA All-Conference Team. Additionally, Maddy Millar (Anchorage, Alaska) was named to the NCHA All-Freshman Team.

The Falcons received three NCHA Player of the Week awards. Wanless earned an Offensive Player of the Week award and Pattengale twice received the Defensive Player of the Week award.
