
Wagner captures NACC Player of the Week honors
WAUKESHA, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin's Brianna Wagner captured Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Player of the Week honors after leading the Falcons to a 2-0 record at the Las Vegas Hoopla, the league office announced.
Wagner (Fond du Lac, Wis.) helped lead the Falcons to a pair of wins at the Las Vegas Hoopla. The senior forward started the week with a double-double against SUNY Poly, pouring in a career-best 27 points and adding 10 rebounds. She followed that with a 16-point, six-rebound effort against Adrian College. Wagner added three blocks over the two games and had two steals in the win over Adrian.
The conference weekly honor is the second of the season and third of her career. Concordia Wisconsin has won five-consecutive NACC Player of the Week honors.
