
Falcons Finish Fourth at Ken Weidt Classic
MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW men's cross country team hosted the Ken Weidt Classic on Saturday afternoon. The Falcons finished fourth as a team at 11 points. The Warhawks of Wisconsin-Whitewater won with 21 points.
Freshman Preston Meier (Owatonna, Minn.) led the birds in 46th place at 29:28.1.
In 50th place was sophomore Dominic Willadsen (Sheboygan, Wis.) at 30:00.0.
Clocking in at 30:21.8 was freshman Avery Horvath (Greenwood, Wis.) in 51st place.
Freshman Mason Genke (Little Chute, Wis.) landed in 52nd place at 30:30.1.
Junior Josh Peterson (Palatine, Ill.) picked up a 56th place finish at 31:53.7.
Junior Ryan Klug (Arlington, Va.) collected a 60th-place finish at 33:32.7.
Sophomore Leo Roemer (Whitefish Bay, Wis.) rounded out the flock at 61st place at 33:37.4.
CUW is off until October when they compete at Aurora.
