Senior Season (2018): Competed in four meets … Season-best time of 32:22.11 at the NACC Championships.

2017 Season (Junior): Competed in all six meets…Posted an 8K PR time of 31:12.6 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (November 11), a time over seven minutes faster than first 8K of the season…Posted a 28:38.2 four-mile time at the Brissman-Lundeen Invite (September 22)…Also competed at the Ken Weidt Classic (September 9), UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invite (September 29), Kollege Town Invite (October 14), and NACC Championships (November 11).        

2016 Season (Sophomore): Competed in all six meets...Closed year with a PR time of 31:53.1 at the NCAA DIII Midwest Regionals (Nov. 12)...Ran under 33 minutes twice, the other coming at the Benedictine Eagle Invite (Oct. 7).

2015 Season (Freshman): Competed in six meets...Ran a season-best time of 33:16.9 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 17)...Posted a mark of 33:45.4 at the Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 10)...Opened the year with a 13:41 two-mile in a dual against MSOE (Sept. 3)...Ended the season with a 34:19.2 at the NACC Championships (Oct. 31)...Also competed at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 12) and the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 26).

High School (SHAPE American): Lettered twice in cross country...Also lettered four times in track & field...Ran a PR of 20:04 in the 5K and 2:11 in the 800.
