Men’s Volleyball downed at Aurora

AURORA, Ill. – The offense went cold for Concordia Wisconsin during a 3-0 (25-16, 25-14, 25-22) loss at Aurora on Saturday afternoon during NACC play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons hit .060 as a team and faced an Aurora team that was clicking on offense with a .326 hitting percentage and accumulated 10 total blocks.
- Concordia Wisconsin's strongest set was the third, in which they hit .214 and had the scoreboard tied at 22-22. However, Aurora capitalized on a kill and two errors by the visitors for the sweep.
- Sophomore Blake Schwandt (Kenosha, Wis.) had three kills, hit .429 and recorded four blocks. Freshman James Althoff (Kenosha, Wis.) recorded seven kills, four service aces, 12 digs and two blocks.
- Freshman Connor Muff (Kenosha, Wis.) ended with 17 assists, four digs and two blocks.
- Tim Breiter led Aurora with 14 kills, while Justin Yost assisted on 27 kills.
