2016 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed at two meets...Competed in the mile and distance medley relay...Ran a season-best time of 5:23.37 in the mile at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 20)...Was on the fifth-place DMR team at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27).

2015 Season (Sophomore): Did not compete at any meets.

2014 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 1,500-meter, mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs, as well as the 4X800-meter relay...INDOOR: Competed at six meets...Ran a personal-best time in the mile (4:53.07) at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune-Up (Feb. 22)...Posted an indoor season-best 5,000-meter run (17:16.05) at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1)...OUTDOOR: Competed at three meets...Ran a season-best time of 17:02.24 in the 5,000-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3)...Posted a 4:38.24 in the 1,500-meter run at the Beloit Relays (Apr. 25-26).

High School (Sheboygan Lutheran): Lettered three times in track & field...Second Team All-Conference in the 4X800-meter relay...Also lettered three times in cross country...Team captured conference championship junior year and sectional championship senior year...Three-time Second Team All-Conference selection in cross country.
