2015 Season (Junior): Competed in several events, mostly in the decathlon in the outdoor season...INDOOR: Set a PR in the 60-meter dash by running a 7.67 at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...Posted a time of 2:41.69 in the 800, which was a PR, at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 7)...Ran a PR of 10.28 in the 60-meter hurdles at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Feb. 14)...OUTDOOR: Placed seventh in the decathlon at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), scoring 4525 points...Placed first among decathletes in the shot put, tossing 10.97 meters...Was second among decathletes in the pole vault and the 100-meter dash...Set PRs during the outdoor season in the 100 (12.06), pole vault (3.65 meters), shot put (11.48) and discus (23.50).

2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 200-meter dash, the 110-meter hurdles, the pole vault, long jump and javelin throw during the outdoor season...OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets...Earned an eighth-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 18.43 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3)...Also placed eighth in the pole vault at the NACC Championships by clearing 3.35 meters...Set a PR in the javelin throw with a toss of 40.26 meters at the Augustana College Meet of Champions (Apr. 18)...Earned an eighth-place finish in the pole vault at the Beloit Relays (Apr. 25-26) by clearing 3.23 meters...Added a top ten finish in the pole vault at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Apr. 12).

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed as a decathlon athlete...INDOOR: Competed mainly in the long jump and pole vault...Recorded an indoor season-best 5.55 meters in the long jump at the Carthage Tadd Metzgers Invitational (Jan. 25)...OUTDOOR: Placed third in the decathlon at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships (May 3-4)...Finished first among those competing in decathlon in the pole vault, clearing 3.25 meters...Finished in the top four in seven of the events for the decathlon at the NAC Outdoor meet.

High School (Lutheran North): Was a Scholar Student-Athlete...Helped the track & field team win a regional title his junior and senior years...Captained the football, basketball and track & field teams...Earned varsity letters in football, basketball and track & field.
