2015 Season (Junior): Competed in the 800, 1,500, mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...Also competed in the distance medley relay...INDOOR: Ran a personal-best time of 2:08.63 in the 800 at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...Was a member of the fourth-place distance medley relay team at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28), helping team to a time of 11:22.72...OUTDOOR: Ran a PR in the mile with a time of 4:33.22 at the Rhodes Invitational (Mar. 20-21)...Posted a season-best time of 4:28.69 in the 1,500 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 18)...Set a PR in the 5,000 with a time of 16:21.11 at the Benedictine Invitational (Apr. 11).

2014 Season (Sophomore): Did not compete at any meets.

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 1,500-meter, one mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs as well as the 4x400-meter relays...INDOOR: Placed ninth in the 5,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 16:33.28 at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23)...Ran the mile in a personal-best time of 4:45.84 at the Wisconsin Red & White Open (Feb. 15)...OUTDOOR: Finished ninth in the 1,500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:26.28 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 27)...Ran the 5,000-meter run three times, recording an outdoor season-best time of 16:51.41 at the NAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4).

High School (Laconia): Graduated Magna Cum Lauda...A High Honor Roll student-athlete and member of the National Honors Society...Named All-Flyway Conference in cross country (twice), wrestling (twice) and track and field...Helped the cross country team win the Laconia Cross Country Invite and Markesan Invite his junior and senior years...Helped the wrestling team win a regional championship...Won a rugby conference championship...Earned varsity letters in cross country, wrestling and track & field.
