2015 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 800, 1,500 and mile runs, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Was a member of the distance medley relay team that took fourth place at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28) with a time of 11:22.72...Ran a season-best time of 2:08.07 in the 800 at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 7)...Posted a season-best time of 4:58.77 in the mile at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan. 30)...OUTDOOR: Ran a PR in the 1,500 with a time of 4:34.67 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 18)...Also was a member of the 4X800 relay team which placed fourth at the Augustana Meet with a time of 8:55.21.

High School (Sheboygan Lutheran): Honor Roll Student-Athlete...Lettered three times in track & field...Team won 3,200-meter relay conference championship three times...Won teams Most Valuable Runner award in 2013 and 2014...Also lettered four times in basketball, cross country and golf...Team won several conference championships in all sports...Member of State Championship winning basketball team in 2012...Earned All-Conference honors in cross country four years...Also named All-Conference in golf.

Personal: Son of Doug...Has two older brothers, Sean and Tyler...Served as a missionary to El Salvador in 2012 and 2014.
