2015 Season (Junior): Competed in the mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs during the indoor season...INDOOR: Ran a personal-best 4:44.37 in the mile at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan. 30)...Posted a PR of 9:27.78 in the 3,000-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Feb. 14)...Also ran a PR in the 5,000 meter, clocking in at 16:26.97 at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 7).

2013 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 1,500-meter, one mile, 3,00-meter, 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs...INDOOR: Ran the 5,000-meter run in a personal-best time of 16:50.09 at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23)...Set a personal record in the 3,000-meter run with a 9:49.15 at the UW-Parkside Classic (Feb. 2)...OUTDOOR: Ran the 10,000-meter run in a personal-best time of 34.48.63 at the NAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)...Finished fifth in the 10,000-meter run at the Cedarville Collegiate All-Corners Meet (Apr. 20) with a 35:26.28...Earned a personal-best time of 4:31.20 in the 1,500-meter run at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 27).

2012 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 800-, 3,000- and 5,000-meters, mile, 4x800-meter relay and distance medley relay...Helped the men's team win the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championship...INDOOR: Posted a 12th place finish in the mile (4:59.92) at the Rocky Rocco Invitational (Jan. 21)...Placed sixth at the NAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25) in the distance medley relay (11:35.79)...OUTDOOR: Finished 11th in the 4x800-meter relay (9:14.81) at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 23-24).

High School (Timothy Christian): Was an Illinois State Scholar High Honor Roll student-athlete all four years...Finished seventh in his graduating class...Earned varsity letters in cross country and track & field.
