2015 Season (Junior): Competed in the 800, 1,500, mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...Also competed in the distance medley relay...INDOOR: Ran a PR in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:13.23 at the Wisconsin Private College Invite (Jan. 17)...Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter run at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 7)...Ran an indoor season-best 9:29.34 in the 3,000 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb 28)...Posted a season-best time in the mile of 4:43.64 at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan.30)...OUTDOOR: Posted a PR in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:17.61 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 18)...Ran a PR in the mile with a time of 4:37.88 at the Rhodes Invitational (Mar. 21)...Posted a PR time of 16:19.44 in the 5,000-meter run at the Benedictine Invitational (Apr. 11).

2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 1,500-meter run, the mile, the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs...INDOOR: Competed at five events...Ran a PR in the 3,000-meter run at the NACC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1), placing 12th with a time of 9:22.73...Posted a PR in the mile, finishing seventh at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Tune-Up (Feb. 22) with a time of 4:43.64...OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets...Finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the Beloit Relays (Apr. 25-26) with a time of 16:48.46...Ran a PR in the 5,000-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3), finishing the race in 16:38.23...Placed sixth in the 5,000-meter run at the Carroll University Invitational (Apr. 5) with a time of 16:44.97.

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in the one mile and 3,000-meter runs as well as the distance medley relay during the indoor season...INDOOR: Ran a personal-best 3,000-meter run at the Wisconsin Red & White Open (Feb. 15) in 9:43.67...Earned a personal record in the mile at the Carthage Tadd Metzger Invitational (Jan. 25) with a time of 4:57.87...Competed in the distance medley relay at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23).

High School (Nicolett): Helped the track & field team win a Gopher Conference title four times...Helped the football team win a sectional championship his senior year...Named All-GC in cross country...Named All-Valley Conference in basketball and track & field...Earned varsity letters in cross country, football, basketball and track & field.
