Men’s Tennis edged at the wire at Illinois Tech

CHICAGO – The Falcons battles in a competitive rematch of the 2019 NACC Championship but fell short on Sunday at Illinois Tech, 4-5. The loss sends CUW to 3-6 on the year and 1-1 in the NACC.

The Falcons lone doubles point of the day came at No. 1 doubles with junior Logan Snyder (Franklin, Ind.) and senior Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) with an 8-7 victory.

Logan Snyder also secured a 6-3, 7-6 victory over Alann Torres at No. 1 singles.

Junior Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.) took care of business on court two with a come-from-behind victory over Roman Shislov at 4-6, 6-4, 7-5.

Nolan Rademacher rolled past Yousef Abdo at No. 3 singles, 7-6, 6-0.

The Falcons will resume their match with Wisconsin Lutheran on Monday afternoon at CUW.
