Men's Tennis takes down Lakeland in regular season finale

PLYMOUTH, Wis. – The Falcons swept the Muskies in the final match of the regular season on Saturday as Concordia Wisconsin won 9-0 over Lakeland.

THE BASICS
-Final Score: Falcons 9, Muskies 0
-Order of Finish: Doubles (3,2,1), Singles (5,1,4,2,6,3)
-Records: CUW 15-7 (8-1 NACC), LU 2-12 (2-7 NACC)

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Peter Kloda (Morton Grove, Wis.) and Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.) started the sweep for CUW with an 8-0 win at No. 3 doubles.
-The No. 2 doubles match followed with a favorable Falcons result as Gabe Binversie (Plymouth, Wis.) and Cole Werning (Watertown, Wis.) won 8-3.
-The Falcons completed the doubles sweep with an 8-0 No. 1 win by Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) and Nathan Raskin (Shorewood, Wis.).
-Singles matches followed the same story with CUW winning all the matches.
-Peters won his match first with a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 5 singles.
-Rademacher followed with the match-deciding fifth point, winning No.1 singles 6-0, 6-0.
-Binversie proceeded to win No. 4 singles 6-2, 6-1.
-Kloda then won his No. 2 match 6-0, 6-1.
-Raskin took the No. 6 match 6-0, 6-0.
-Finally, Logan Snyder (Franklin, Ind.) completed the match sweep with a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 3 singles.
