Men's Lacrosse has six on MLC All-Academic Team

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin had six student-athletes from the Men's Lacrosse program earn Midwest Lacrosse Conference All-Academic Team honors, the league office announced.

The MLC All-Academic Team is selected at the conclusion of each academic year. The honor is given to student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. To be named to the all-academic team, student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 and must have lettered during the previous season.

Honorees from CUW were freshman Donovan Harper (Yorba Linda, Calif.), junior Sebastian Leck (O'Fallon, Ill.), freshman Alex Loding (Mundelein, Ill.), junior Jacob Murnane (Milwaukee, Wis.), senior Michael Pimentel (Crown Point, Ind.) and junior Max Schramm (Edwards, Colo.).

The Falcons finished the season with a 13-6 overall record, including an 8-1 record in MLC play. They finished second in the MLC regular season standings and had a four-game and seven-game winning streak during the season. Concordia Wisconsin's defense set a new season program record for saves (206) and save percentage in a season (.619). As well, they had the second-most man-up goals in a year with 33.
