Faceoff notes: Senior Day highlights matchup with Lumberjacks

MEQUON, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin will honor its senior class prior to Saturday's 1 pm non-conference game against Northland at Fitting Field. The Falcons and Lumberjacks have never played before.

- SENIOR CLASS:
This Falcons class is the most successful group in program history, winning 45 games over the past four seasons. They have also guided the team to back-to-back appearances in the MLC Tournament Championship game.
- SATURDAY MATINÉE: The afternoon contest on Saturdays have been kind to the Falcons, who compiled a 36-19 record over the last seven seasons. More so, they are 25-10 in the last four years under the direction of Michael Fahey.
- FINAL BREAK: Saturday's game is the final tuneup for Concordia Wisconsin before playing two important MLC contests next week. They are 20-13 when playing non-conference games over the last four years.
- SECOND QUARTER SURGE: The Falcons have flipped the offensive switch on before halftime often this season, outscoring the opposition 42-16 in the second quarter. They hold a 15-0 scoring edge in the second period during the last three homes games.• LAST TIME MET: CUW  and Northland have never played before.
