NEWSWORTHY NOTES
- IT'S OUR TURF:
The Falcons make it difficult on the opposition, especially when playing on our turf at Fitting Field. They are 4-0 at home this season with a scoring margin of 66-8. In addition, they are 24-7 when playing home under the direction of head coach Michael Fahey.
- HAT TRICKS: Concordia Wisconsin's offense is balanced, to say the least. When at least two players score multiple goals in a game they are 8-0 this season. During the last three games, the Falcons have had at least two players in the same game record hat tricks.
- TRY AND STOP US: The key to success is a team effort and Concordia Wisconsin displays that when on the clear. The defense makes a stop, gets the ball to the offense and the scoreboard then changes frequently. The Falcons lead the MLC this season with a clear success rate of 83.9.
- LAST TIME MET: The Falcons scored 24-straight goals and nearly had a shutout in a 24-1 MLC victory in the first meeting with the Cougars. They piled on a program-record 78 shots (45 on goal) and had a 46-16 difference in ground balls.
