Lacrosse exhibition draws rave reviews

Falcon fans got their first taste of CUW lacrosse action during a Parent's Day football halftime exhibition Saturday at Century Stadium.

Jeff Robert's CUW squad demonstrated excellent passing and some nifty shooting during 5 minutes of action featuring lots of contact.

"This is going to be exciting to watch; a fan-friendly sport with non stop battling," said one impressed spectator.

Concordia men's lacrosse opens their 2011 season with a 3 match Texas swing beginning March 11 at Millsaps.
