Trio of Falcons earn All-NACC Men's Basketball honors

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin had three players recognized by the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in the postseason awards, as Andrew Fratzke and Josh Hau earned All-NACC First Team honors and Jordan Johnson was tagged with All-NACC Second Team accolades.

The Falcons claimed a share of the NACC regular season title with a 16-4 record and had the No. 2 seed in the NACC Tournament. It is their fourth NACC title, having won the league in 2009-10 (10-6), 2010-11 (16-0 record) and 2011-12 (14-2 record).

Fratzke led the NACC and Falcons in field goal percentage (66.3) while ranking seventh nationally, to go along with a team-high 46 blocks. The senior forward also stole 27 passes and dished out 61 assists, as he scored 13.0 points per game. The Winona, Minnesota native had three double-doubles and two 20-plus point scoring games. He became the program's 18th player to score 1,000 career points on February 14 and ends his career as the program's all-time leader in blocks (152), rebounds (620), offensive rebounds (204), and defensive rebounds (416) during the NCAA-era.

Hau paced the Falcons in scoring at 15.7 per game on 50.2 percent shooting, including 45.1 percent from 3-point range (fifth in the NACC). He had 100 rebounds, 27 assists and 21 steals during his senior season. The Slinger, Wisconsin native tallied his 1,000th career point on January 5 to become the 17th player to reach the milestone and ends his career with 1,242 points, which is fourth in program history during the NCAA-era and eighth overall. He is also had 167 3-pointers to rank third in program history in the NCAA-era.

Johnson was second on the team in scoring at 15.0 per game and was second in the NACC with an 87.3 free throw percentage. He also had a team-high 176 rebounds, to go along with 57 assists, 23 steals and eight blocks. The Cedarburg, Wisconsin native had five 20-plus point scoring games and made four or more free throws in a game 13 times. The sophomore also had four double-doubles.
