Muskies here for men's hoops on Wednesday/ The Scouting Report

Mequon, Wis.- The potent Lakeland Muskies come to the Buuck Fieldhouse with a 15-3 record, including 9-1 in NAC North action.  Lakeland has won nine of their last 10 games with the lone loss coming to second place MSOE.  In that game, the Raiders held LC's dynamic scoring duo of Jake Schwarz and Justin Ward to eight of 29 shooting.

Schwarz, the reigning NAC Player of the Year, is averaging 23.4 points per game along with 9.5 rebounds.  He also shoots better than 50% from the floor and has connected on 59 of 133 3-point attempts. 

Ward is averaging just under 17 points per outing and is second on the team in rebounding.  Joey Burris is no slouch either with a 13.6 ppg average plus 32 steals and 58 assists. 

Guard Brandon Hagenow has also started all 19 games for the Muskies, leading team in assists while averaging about six points per contest.

Besides sitting alone in first place, Lakeland leads the conference in most offensive categories.  The Muskies average better than 85 points per game while allowing less than 75.  Lakeland defeated CUW 86-81 in their first meeting with the Falcons on December 5th.  Schwarz, Ward, and Burris combined for 56 points on that night.
