Falcon men's basketball hosts Dominican/ The Scouting Report

MEQUON, Wis.-  Dominican is currently second in the NAC South but four games behind undefeated Aurora.  The Stars have compiled a 7-10 overall record to date.  They have excellent shooters as evidenced by their 46% field goal accuracy and 76% team marksmanship from the free throw line. 

Anthony Keener is the team's featured offensive performer with a 17.5 scoring average.  He's accurate from inside and out, leading the team with 33 connections from beyond the arc.  Keener has also dished out a team-high 54 assists.

Logan Harris and Taylor DeRoo are also dependable scorers for DU with 13.5 and 11.6 averages respectively.  Harris has snared 137 rebounds and is among the NAC leaders with 10.4 boards per conference game.  Josh Ward and Keener are the only Dominican players to have started all 17 games.  Ward is shooting 87% from the free throw line.

Dominican is an up-tempo team, averaging 70 points per game while allowing just under 74.   The Stars have won four of their most recent five games with the only loss coming at the hands of first place Lakeland 86-73.  They shot an impressive 56% from the field in consecutive wins over Concordia- Chicago and Maranatha.
