Bio

Whitney Dobson is in his fourth year as the Concordia University Wisconsin Football inside linebackers coach in the 2023 season.

Prior to CUW, he was the defensive coordinator, co-defensive coordinator, and defensive backs coach for Cedarburg High School in Wisconsin from 2017 to 2019. Dobson also served as the defensive backs coach for Cedarburg from 2014 to 2015. He also was the running backs coach and defensive backs coach for West Bend West High School from 2010 to 2013.

Dobson, a native of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, attended Concordia University Wisconsin from 1996 to 2001. While at Concordia, he played four years of football, two years as a wide receiver and two as a defensive back, and ran two years on the track team. He earned three varsity letters as a football player. Dobson graduated in 2001 with a BS in Justice and Public Policy.

Currently, Dobson resides in Cedarburg with his wife Maggie, and their daughter Abbey.
