Keith Casey enters his second season with the Concordia Wisconsin football program in 2023. The Janesville, Wisconsin, native played his high school football at George S. Parker High School and lettered three years as a defensive back.

Casey enlisted in the United States Army after graduation from high school in 1985. In August 1987, Casey entered the Green to Gold program and enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Casey was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Field Artillery in May 1989 and retired in September 2015 as a Colonel. Casey’s civilian education includes two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, a Master of Arts from Webster University, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. Keith is married to the former Miss Sandra Simon and has two daughters; Ashlyn and Alyssa.
