Dance wins Pom event of conference championship

MEQUON, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin captured the Pom title at the conference championship on Sunday inside the R. John Buuck Field House.

The Falcons took the Pom event, while finishing second in the Hip Hop event.

"CUW's dance team has worked incredibly hard this season and performed to the best of their ability on Sunday," head coach Taylor Kirkpatrick said. "Although we did not win overall, it was still a great experience and an amazing end to the season."

In addition, junior Kellie Armistead (West Bend, Wis.) was the top finisher for the Falcons in fifth during the solo competition.
