ACHA Hockey makes regional rankings for first time in program history

MEQUON, Wis. – The American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) unveiled the second ranking of the 2019-20 season for its Men's Division 2 conference, and Concordia Wisconsin was ranked 15th in the Central region. This is the first time in the history of the program that the Falcons have been ranked regionally.

The Falcons are off to an 11-2-1 start to the season. They have outscored their opponents 70-27 and started the season on a 12-game undefeated streak.

"This is a great accomplishment for the team to be ranked in the regional polls for the first time in program history," said head coach Brandon Richards. "The guys have been working really hard on and off the ice and the effort is paying off. We still have a lot of hard work to do and we are excited to see what we can do this season."

Sault College is the top-ranked team in the region with a rating of 13.00. The Falcons have a rating of 8.91.
