Welcome! This afternoon, the Falcons close the home portion of the 2022 schedule against the Bulldogs of Adrian College and honor the seniors of Kara Skevis and Nicki Jack.

The Falcons and Bulldogs both enter Saturday at 3-1 on the year. The Falcons’ lone loss came at No. 14 Mary Hardin-Baylor. Adrian’s lone loss came on February 20 against the Falcons.

Concordia is coming off a 243.105 to 227.905 victory at East Texas Baptist. CUW had season-high scores in six heats on March 18. The birds tied the school record in the compulsory pyramid at 9.75 points.

Today will be the 14th meeting all-time between the two schools. The Falcons lead the series with a 10-3 record against the Bulldogs. The last time that Adrian traveled to Wisconsin was in 2019 when the ‘dogs picked up a 224.970-219.570 victory over the Falcons.

Sarah Koenig is in her sixth season as the head coach of the Falcons. She has seen the Falcons win 19 competitions during her time at Concordia, including a program-record five meets in 2017.

This afternoon, we will honor the CUW senior class of 2022 in Nicki Jack and Kara Skevis. These two student-athletes have committed four years to the CUW acrobatics & tumbling program and represented the program with class and dignity in the gym, classroom and community. The senior class has collected 13 victories, one short of the program record and has never had a losing record. CUW athletics would like to thank Nicki and Kara for all of their hard work over the last four years.
