Zach Larsen finished his second season with the Falcons in the 2022-23 season as Concordia Wisconsin's assistant track coach, focusing on the javelin.

In the 2023 season, Larsen saw CUW take first place on both the men's and women's side at the NACC Outdoor Championships with Seth Day and Maya Hielscher. Maya Hielscher's performance led to the breaking of the NACC Outdoor Championships record in women’s javelin.

In the previous season, Larsen saw Maya Hielscher break the school record in women's javelin, and Seth Day take first place in the javelin at the 2022 NACC Outdoor Championships.
