Stacey Brunner-Jones is the associate director of athletics, in addition to serving as the Athletic Department's senior women's administrator and head coach of the women's basketball team.

Stacey Brunner-Jones, the winningest coach in women's basketball program history, completed her 18th season at the helm of the Concordia Wisconsin's Women's Basketball program in 2021-22. She has led the Falcons to seven conference titles, two appearances in the NCAA Division III Tournament and has been named conference Coach of the Year four times.

Brunner-Jones has coached 55 all-conference players, including Brianna Wagner (four-time All-NACC honoree, 2014-15 NACC Freshman of the Year, the only player in the NCAA-era to have at least 1,000 points, 650 rebounds, 150 assists, 125 blocks and 100 steals), Audrey Scharmer (two-time All-NACC honoree and one of four players in program history to have at least 900 points and 800 rebounds), Katie Luethe (2013-14 NACC Player of the Year and D3Hoops.com All-Central Region Second Team and 2010-11 Freshman of the Year), Krista Mayyou (four-time all-conference honoree, D3Hoops.com All-Central Region Second Team, 2005-06 LMC Rookie of the Year, CUW Athletics Hall of Fame inductee) and Stacey Rusch (CUW Athletic Hall of Fame inductee).

Brunner-Jones was named the conference's Coach of the Year four times (2016-17, 2015-16, 2007-08, 2006-07).

The shortened 2020-21 season saw the Falcons post a 9-6 record and a third-place finish in the NACC North Division at 6-4. She captured her 300th career victory with a 57-45 victory over MSOE on Jan. 16. The Falcons advanced to the NACC Tournament for the 15th-straight season and landed two All-NACC selections. 

Concordia Wisconsin's 2019-20 season advanced to the NACC Tournament for the 14th-consecutive season and won 13 of 17 games from December 10 to February 15. They had the fifth-most potent offense in program history, scoring 67.2 points per game and set game records for points (102), 3-pointers made (16) and assists (30) during a 102-39 victory at Rockford. The season was also highlighted by a trip to Hawaii.

The Falcons 2018-19 team advanced to the NACC Tournament Championship game for the second year in a row and the seventh time under the direction of Brunner-Jones. They set the program record for 3-point field goals made (204) and 3-point field goal percentage (38.3) and at one point during the season led the nation in 3-point percentage. They also set the program record for free throw percentage (73.6) and second-most points (1,959) and assists (416) of any team in program history. Concordia Wisconsin topped the 90-point plateau four times.

Concordia Wisconsin's 2017-18 squad was second in the NACC with a 16-4 record and advanced to the NACC Tournament Championship game for the sixth time in program history. They boasted eight-game and seven-game winning streaks during the season, to go along with an 8-3 record at home. The Falcons led the NACC in the fewest turnovers per game (12.9) and were second in points allowed per game (56.0) while ranking third in 3-point field goal percentage (33.5).

The 2016-17 Falcons captured their second-straight NACC championship and advanced to the NACC Tournament Championship game. The Falcons again prided themselves on playing great team defense, allowing 54.2 points per game, leading the NACC. CUW also was efficient on the offensive end, leading the conference in field goal percentage (42.2), while also committing the fewest turnovers per contest (14.0). 

The 2015-16 season saw the Falcons capture the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference regular-season title with a 17-3 record and the No. 1 seed in the NACC Tournament. They were 9-3 at home and won 20 games for the ninth time in program history and the fifth time in the Brunner-Jones era. The Falcons led the NACC in league-only games in free throws made per game (15.1), defensive rebounds per game (28.5), rebounding margin (8.5) and point allowed per game (53.8). CUW also set the program's single-season record for defensive field goal percentage (36.7).

During the 2014-15 season, CUW led the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in defensive 3-point field goal percentage (28.0) and averaged the second most blocks (3.4 per game). In 2013-14 she guided the Falcons to the program's eighth 20-plus win season, including the fourth in her tenure. Brunner-Jones also coached Katie Luethe, the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Player of the year. During the 2012-13 campaign, she guided CUW to a Northern Athletics Conference North Division crown after posting a 14-4 conference record. CUW went 19-9 overall and advanced to the NAC Championship game.

The 2008-2009 season was one of the best ever for CUW as it went 23-6 under the guidance of Brunner-Jones. The Falcons defeated Wisconsin Lutheran College, 69-65, in the NAC Championship game and advanced to their second NCAA Tournament during her tenure.

Brunner-Jones' record at CUW is 203-97 including an impressive 19-9 turnaround in her second season and an unprecedented 23-4 mark with a NAC championship in 2006-07. That was followed by three more 20-plus winning seasons and three more NAC crowns.

A 1995 graduate of Mt. Horeb (Wis.) High School, she was a member of the Vikings state runner-up team and a three-time all-conference performer. Following her prep career, she competed at Winona State University and was a two-year starter for the Warriors.

Brunner-Jones' previous coaching positions included three years as the women's assistant at Loras College (Iowa) and two as the head assistant at Winona State (Minn.).

Stacey has two children, son Braylon and daughter, Hadley Rose.
