The shortened 2020-21 season saw the Falcons post a 9-6 record and a third-place finish in the NACC North Division at 6-4. She captured her 300th career victory with a 57-45 victory over MSOE on Jan. 16. The Falcons advanced to the NACC Tournament for the 15th-straight season and landed two All-NACC selections.

Concordia Wisconsin's 2019-20 season advanced to the NACC Tournament for the 14th-consecutive season and won 13 of 17 games from December 10 to February 15. They had the fifth-most potent offense in program history, scoring 67.2 points per game and set game records for points (102), 3-pointers made (16) and assists (30) during a 102-39 victory at Rockford. The season was also highlighted by a trip to Hawaii.

The Falcons 2018-19 team advanced to the NACC Tournament Championship game for the second year in a row and the seventh time under the direction of Brunner-Jones. They set the program record for 3-point field goals made (204) and 3-point field goal percentage (38.3) and at one point during the season led the nation in 3-point percentage.
