Bio

Holley Heeb is in her first season as an assistant coach at Concordia University Wisconsin. She comes to CUW from Marian University, where she was the first head coach in program history.

Before her stint with Marian, Heeb was a graduate assistant for Concordia University Wisconsin during the 2020 and 2021 seasons. During her time with CUW, the Falcons qualified for the SAA Conference Tournament as the No. 3 seed. Heeb aided in the coaching of five all-conference student-athletes, including the SAA Defensive Player.

Before CUW, Heeb was an assistant coach for two seasons at SUNY Morrisville. The Mustangs would have a pair of NFHCA Scholar-Athlete honorees and the program’s first NFHCA National Academic Team Award. 

In her playing days, Heeb was a highly-decorated field hockey player at Hendrix College, where she served as a team captain for two seasons. She was named a Longstretch/NFHCA All-Great Lakes Region honoree all four years of her career, with a second-team award in 2015 and three-consecutive first-team selections. Heeb started all 47 games of her career and set the program record for goals (32), assists (21), and points (85). 

Heeb earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hendrix in 2018 and a master’s of science in student personnel administration in higher education with a concentration in athletic administration at CUW.
